About ArtSpace/Lima
ArtSpace/Lima is a nonprofit visual arts center occupying a historic three-story brick building on Town Square in Lima, Ohio. Visitors explore four exhibition galleries spread across three levels showcasing rotating art exhibits that are free and open to all. The venue hosts the Manhattan Short Film Festival, an international event featuring ten short films from ten countries, where audiences watch the finalists and cast votes for Best Film and Best Actor alongside viewers worldwide. ArtSpace also offers art classes and poetry office hours held every Tuesday afternoon. The organization enriches the community through exhibitions, educational programs, and events designed to engage all cultures and populations. The building houses galleries and classrooms throughout its three stories, creating multiple spaces for both viewing art and participating in creative instruction.
