About WildPlay Thacher
WildPlay Thacher is an aerial adventure park located in Voorheesville, New York, where visitors navigate forest canopy courses using ziplines, rope bridges, and wooden platforms. After an initial training session on the ground to learn the continuous belay system, guests climb ladders and progress from tree to tree by walking across tightropes, climbing cargo nets, and sliding down ziplines. The experience includes rope swings and freefall jumps through the forested landscape. A height check occurs at the course entrance to ensure visitor suitability. Participants wear safety harnesses throughout the activity. The park operates on weekends, and tickets are sold online through the venue's website. The course suits families, groups, and individuals seeking an outdoor challenge in a natural wooded setting.
