Generation Axe Throwing, Colonie

About Generation Axe Throwing

Generation Axe Throwing is an indoor axe and knife throwing facility in Colonie, New York, where visitors throw axes at targets under instruction from an Axe Coach. The venue features ten indoor targets designed for both axe and knife throwing. A dedicated Axe Coach teaches safety and throwing skills before visitors begin throwing games at the targets. After gaining confidence with axes, participants can ask their coach to try knife throwing as well. The facility suits groups of all kinds, including families, friends on dates, team-building parties, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, and birthday and anniversary gatherings. Children ages eight and older can participate. The venue also operates a dart and game room alongside a bar offering craft beer, craft cider, seltzer, and wine. Visitors can spend time in these areas before, during, or after their throwing sessions, or visit for happy hour without throwing.
