About Wayback Barn

Wayback Barn offers mini golf under the trees with the red barn as backdrop, set on four acres near Myers Park in north McKinney. The course winds through trees and historic barns with unique obstacles like horse stalls and trees that pop up through the turf. Players can also try axe throwing outside among the trees, with no reservations needed for groups of at least ten years old. Beyond golf and axes, the property features cornhole, gaga ball, tetherball, nine square, horseshoes, volleyball, football, soccer, ping pong, bocce ball, ring toss, foosball, and giant Jenga. Picnic tables scattered across the grounds offer spots to rest under trees or in the barn. The venue hosts seasonal events, homeschool programs, a summer camp focused on outdoor games and team activities, and Daddy-Daughter and Mom-Son hangouts. String lights allow play after dark. The venue operates Friday through Sunday with hours varying by season.
