The center features Animal Ambassadors including turtles and snakes. Specific trails include the Adventure Trail and Bobcat Trail, mini boardwalks that branch from the main path. Notable trees on the property include the Grandfather Oak, Hidden Oak, and Celebration Oak. Educational displays line the trails, and several picnic spots dot the grounds, including a screened-in picnic shelter available for rental. Programs and events include children's activities, naturalist programs, watercolor painting classes, and star programs. An EcoRover tracked chair provides trail access for physically challenged visitors. The property is open Tuesday through Saturday mornings through early afternoon, and Sunday afternoons.
