About The Wilds
The Wilds is a 10,000-acre conservation center in Cumberland, Ohio, where visitors board open-air safari vehicles to view threatened and endangered animals across open-range landscapes. Species roaming the grounds include African painted dogs, cheetahs, giraffes, Bactrian camels, Persian onagers, and Przewalski's wild horses. Beyond the open-air safari, the facility offers zipline tours, horseback tours, and the Wildside Safari specialty tour. Overnight lodging at Nomad Ridge yurts is available for multi-day visits.
