About Tennity Ice Pavilion

Tennity Ice Pavilion is an ice skating facility in Syracuse featuring a regulation-sized rink and a smaller studio sheet for different skating needs. The pavilion offers skate rentals and skate sharpening services, with a Pro Shop on-site. Open skate sessions run throughout the week on the studio rink during midday through evening hours. Beyond general skating, the facility hosts broomball, an intramural sport played on roughed-up ice where players wear sneakers and use plastic brooms to score goals. Visitors can reserve private ice space for lessons, practice, or organized group activities. The pavilion accommodates recreational skaters of all levels, from first-time visitors to experienced ice sports participants, and serves both the university community and the broader public through its varied ice sports programs.
