Sedona's Rainbow Trout Farm is a fishing venue in Oak Creek Canyon where visitors catch rainbow trout and cook their catch on site. The farm raises trout in fresh artesian spring water on the property, supplying fish to local restaurants as well as to anglers. Visitors select a fishing pole, receive bait, bucket, and net, then fish in stocked ponds surrounded by oak trees and running water. The facility includes picnic tables, onsite grills, bathrooms, and a selection of snacks and beverages. Dogs are welcome. The farm also offers guided fly-fishing instruction designed for all experience levels, with hands-on casting lessons and on-water fishing. Located at the base of Wilson Mountain in Oak Creek Canyon, roughly halfway between Uptown Sedona and Slide Rock State Park, the farm operates daily. No fishing license is required. Families and individuals of varying ages visit to catch fish and grill them immediately, creating a complete fishing experience in Sedona.
