Rittman Orchards is a family-owned farm in Doylestown where visitors pick their own fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the fields. The orchard grows apples, peaches, berries and other crops available seasonally for u-pick activities. Enterprise and Jonagold apples and Glenglo peaches are among the varieties guests can harvest. The on-site farm market sells freshly picked produce along with baked goods including cookies, brownies, Dutch apple pie, lemon crumb pie and traditional apple pie. The orchard also operates Bent Ladder, a sister business housed at the same location, where visitors can sample hard ciders and wines made from farm fruit, including cider flights in the tasting room.
