About Rippa Villa
Rippa Villa is a historic house museum built in 1855 that offers guided tours exploring its significance in Middle Tennessee history. The Classic House Tour is a 60-minute guided experience of the home itself, available throughout the day. Visitors can also take the Tennessee Campaign Ticket, a 60-minute tour that connects Rippa Villa with two other regional Civil War sites: Carnton and Carter House. For those interested in broader local history, the Spring Hill Walking Tour is a 100-minute guided experience beginning at Rippa Villa and covering historic downtown Spring Hill, including the William McKissack home, the Gorham Wing house, and several historic churches. The walking tour also discusses early settlers and the Freedmen's Bureau school site. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
