About Rescue Ranch
Rescue Ranch in Statesville is an animal education center where visitors feed barnyard animals and participate in hands-on animal encounters. The property features a 10,000 square foot inclusive playground designed for children of all abilities to play together, along with a nature trail. The facility offers group tours on Monday, Friday, and Saturday that run 90 minutes and include feeding animals, at least two hands-on animal encounters, and full playground and trail access. Private guided tours are available Monday through Friday with limited weekend availability, offering more exclusive animal encounters. Rescue Ranch specializes in humane education programs for children of all ages that promote compassion for animals. Annual passes allow unlimited visits to the property. The ranch suits families and school groups interested in direct animal interaction and outdoor play in a setting designed for inclusive recreation.
