OUTSIDE the BOX - Art Studio in Bellbrook is a creative studio where visitors of all ages and skill levels make ceramic art. During open studio hours, guests walk in without appointments and choose from three activities: glazing pre-made pottery items like plates, cups, and figurines; hand-building projects with clay by following instruction sheets or creating original designs; or throwing clay on pottery wheels for those with prior wheel experience. All glazes are food-safe. After completing a project, visitors leave pieces with the studio for kiln firing and return within one to four weeks for pickup, depending on the project type. The studio also offers classes, memberships, summer camps, after-school programs, party packages, and scout activities. Located in downtown Bellbrook, the studio welcomes walk-ins during published hours without studio fees during open studio time.
