About Lewisburg Haunted Cave
Lewisburg Haunted Cave is a walk-through haunted house set eighty feet underground in a real limestone cave, where visitors encounter demons, ghosts, and ghouls alongside thirty thousand live bats during an approximately one-hour experience. The attraction, voted best in the USA by USA Today readers and recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's longest haunted house, operates on Friday and Saturday evenings. Beyond the main cave, the Mine Wagon Tour offers a non-scary forty-minute seated tour through the Lewisburg Limestone mine, explaining its history while visitors may see bats in Ohio's largest brown bat habitat. A special Trick or Treat Underground event allows visitors to trick-or-treat with monsters, though all props and sounds are disabled for that single day. The cave suits visitors who can walk the entire trail independently, as carrying children is not permitted.
