About Orlando Starflyer

Orlando Starflyer is the world's tallest stand-alone swing ride, standing 450 feet high on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. Visitors are seated in double seats alongside a friend or family member, secured with seat belts and an in-between-the-legs harness that only the ride operator can unlock. The ride travels up and down while rotating around the giant tower at speeds up to 45 miles per hour, operating for three to four minutes per cycle. The attraction has no age or weight limit, though riders must be at least 44 inches tall and able to fit safely in the seat. The design combines safety features with thrills, including deep-walled seats and dual restraints. A courtyard bar called the Star Bar offers refreshments and views of the ride. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website, and hours of operation are published on the site.
