Master Tattoo Museum Camp Tejas is Texas's first official tattoo museum, located inside the Bangarang Tattooing Co. building in Killeen. Visitors explore local and global tattoo history through extensive collections, including a large preserved portion of Tahiti Felix's personal archive. The museum displays original flash art from artists including Tahiti Felix, Tahiti Maurice, and Painless Nell, alongside work extending to contemporary artists. The machinery section features both coil and rotary tattoo machines, hand poke devices, and equipment built by makers such as Bill Jones, Spaulding and Rogers, Carson Vester, Dennis Dwyer, and Gary Dankbuilt. A collectibles section showcases rare and sought-after items inspired by tattoo culture, including tools of the trade and fashion-related pieces.
