The facility includes a separate toddler zone designed for ages 1 to 3, featuring mini slides, soft construction blocks, and a smaller ball pit. General admission allows all-day play, so families can leave for a meal nearby and return the same day. The venue also hosts birthday parties with reserved tables and a dedicated party host, as well as field trips and group events for ten or more children. Two adults are included with each child's admission, and additional adults can be added for a fee. The playground operates daily and remains open on holidays.
