About Jefferson Ghost Walk

The Historic Jefferson Ghost Walk is a guided nighttime walking tour through Jefferson's historic districts, where visitors travel by lantern light through dark alleyways and courtyards hearing accounts of local tragedy, murder, and ghostly encounters. Local historian Jodi Breckenridge narrates the tour, drawing on 24 years of factual history, genuine legends, and ghost tales. The tour is distinctive in attempting to take visitors inside haunted locations, something other ghost tours in the area do not offer. Tours depart from the Kahn Hotel and last approximately 1.5 hours. Visitors should expect large crowds during peak times and dress according to the weather. The walking tour suits history enthusiasts and those interested in paranormal stories and unexplained phenomena.
