About Gundermann Acres
Gundermann Acres is a farm park in Wharton, Texas, halfway between Houston and Victoria, where visitors explore a working agricultural operation and enjoy seasonal activities. Founded in 2009 as a vegetable farm supplying produce to major retailers across Texas, the property opened as an agritourism destination in 2024. Families interact with farm animals, play outdoor games, and participate in hands-on activities throughout the grounds. Seasonal treats and photo opportunities are available, along with educational programming. The farm operates on weekends during its fall season, with extended hours published on its website. Field trips and group visits can be arranged by contacting the farm directly. Admission is charged, with tickets available online through the farm's website or at the gate upon arrival.
