Grand Canyon West Skywalk is a glass-bottomed cantilever bridge extending 70 feet over the Grand Canyon rim in Peach Springs, Arizona. Visitors step onto the 10-foot-wide horseshoe-shaped structure and walk above the canyon floor 4,000 feet below. The bridge offers views of the Eagle Rock Formation and natural shadow formations called the Princess and the Horse. Before crossing, guests store personal belongings in lockers and don protective booties to preserve the glass surface. Professional photographers stationed on the Skywalk capture images available for purchase individually or bundled on USB drives. The site includes walking trails, a zipline, guided tours and exhibits led by the Hualapai Tribe, indigenous song and dance performances, and arcade games.
