Fuhrmann Orchards is a family-owned farm in Wheelersburg that grows apples, peaches, nectarines, melons, vegetables, cut flowers, and pumpkins across more than 120 acres. Visitors pick their own apples directly from the trees, choosing from varieties including Early Fuji, Golden Delicious, Rosalee, and RubyRush, with bags available in multiple sizes. The farm operates a corn maze during fall months and maintains a sunflower field where guests walk up a steep gravel hill for photos. Seasonal events include Peach Fest with wagon rides and peach-themed activities, a Flower Picking Experience on select evenings, pumpkin picking on designated Saturdays with required wagon rides to the field, and Santa's Orchard Workshop featuring an evergreen door swag workshop and apple butter tasting. The on-site farm market sells only produce the Fuhrmanns grow themselves, including apple cider and cider slushies. School and group tours are available by advance arrangement. The orchard accepts cash, cards, checks, SNAP/EBT, WIC, and senior vouchers.
