About Dixie Speedway

Historic Dixie Speedway is a 3/8 mile clay oval dirt track spread across 150 acres in Woodstock, located between I-575 and I-75, about 25 miles north of Atlanta. Visitors watch weekly and national touring stock car races featuring Super Late Models, Steel Head Late Models, Crate Late Models, and other racing classes, along with Outlaw Sprint Cars and Monster Truck Nationals. The speedway hosts more than 15 events annually, including freestyle motocross shows, waterless boat races, holiday light drives, fireworks, and concerts. The venue offers multiple seating options: a main grandstand with capacity for over 5,000 fans positioned directly in front of the track, tailgate sections along the fence in turns 1 and 2 where guests can bring tents and grills, pit passes for access to the driver preparation area, and climate-controlled VIP suites. Concession stands and merchandise vendors operate throughout the facility. General admission tickets are sold online and at the gate.
