Columbus Collective Museums houses eight separate exhibitions in a restored 1946 warehouse, centered around the World-Famous Lunch Box Museum's collection of over 7,000 vintage lunch boxes spanning a century of pop culture. Visitors explore the Hatcher Family Cola Museums, the Tom Huston Peanut Museum, the Georgia Radio Museum, the Car Museum, the Chero-Cola Story, and the Folk Art Museum, each displaying artifacts from Columbus's industrial heritage. Most exhibits contain numerous fragile and breakable items, making them better suited to older children and adults than very young visitors. The museums occupy a single location in Columbus, Georgia, and visitors typically spend two hours or more examining the displays and details.
