About Bodega Bay Whale Watching
Bodega Bay Whale Watching operates Miss Vic Whale Watching Charters, a private charter service where visitors embark on excursions aboard the Miss Vic, a 28-foot Osprey Pilothouse cabin boat. Charters last two to three hours and accommodate up to six passengers under the command of licensed USCG Captain Mike. The vessel features heated indoor seating, comfortable outdoor seating, and a private restroom. Grey whales, orcas, humpback whales, and blue whales inhabit waters off the northern California coast at different times throughout the year. The Miss Vic is equipped with modern electronics including VHF radio, radar, depth finder, and fish finder to aid in locating marine life. Visitors spend their time on deck and in the cabin searching for whales and observing these large marine mammals in their natural habitat. The service operates from the Bodega Bay dock in Bodega Bay, California.
