Basin Climbing and Fitness in Hewitt is an indoor climbing gym where visitors climb on roped walls up to 40 feet tall with autobelays, or on bouldering walls up to 14 feet high. The facility spans 14,000 square feet and welcomes climbers of all levels, from first-timers to experienced athletes. A separate KidZone features enclosed climbing walls designed for children 14 and under. Beyond climbing, the gym includes a full fitness floor with group classes in Basin Fit, Strong, and Hyrox training. The facility offers youth climbing teams, summer camps, and a homeschool climb club for children and teens. Staff provide orientation and instruction for new climbers, and equipment rental is available. Routes are reset regularly to offer fresh challenges. The gym hosts birthday parties and group events, and membership options are available alongside day passes. Parking is on site, and the facility is wheelchair accessible.
