Balboa Fun Zone is an 80-year-old landmark in Newport Beach that offers rides, games, and water sports activities. The renovated Balboa Arcade features brand new games with opportunities to win prizes. Classic rides include the iconic Balboa Ferris Wheel, which provides views of Newport Bay, the Coconut Climb where visitors race to the top of a coconut tree structure, the Happy Swing, and the Ocean Motion trampoline. The Fun Zone also hosts water sports through its marina partners: Balboa Water Sports offers Sea Doo rentals, California Parasail provides parasailing experiences off the Newport Beach coast, and Duffy Boat Rentals offers boat rentals on the water. The venue serves as a location for events and birthday celebrations.
