About Axe Slingers

Axe Slingers is an axe throwing facility in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, where visitors learn to throw axes at target boards under professional instruction. Participants must be 12 years or older, with children under 18 requiring an adult guardian present. Each session begins with safety instruction covering how to handle an axe and follow proper throwing procedures. An instructor remains in the throwing lanes throughout, monitoring throws and guiding participants through the entire experience. Visitors choose between public lanes, where they may share space with other groups, or private lanes reserved exclusively for their party. Groups can bring their own snacks and beverages. Time slots must be pre-booked online, though appointments are available by request. The facility operates Friday through Sunday with varying hours.
