About Area 51 Motocross

Area 51 Motocross is a dirt bike racing facility in Batavia, New York, where visitors ride motocross bikes on three distinct tracks designed for different skill levels. The Dunlop Nightcross Track features a smaller course focused on riders of all ages and abilities, including children and adults. The Vet Track is designed for beginners on 65cc bikes and up, as well as senior riders over 30, with features including doubles, tables, triples, rollers, and step ups that flow through natural terrain. The Main Track spans roughly two miles and includes off-camber turns, rhythm sections, and challenging jumps for experienced racers. The facility, operating since 2003, also includes miles of woods trails and a large pit area where families can camp during race weekends. Open practice sessions invite riders and their families to come ride together, with parents required to complete minor release forms for young participants.
