Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center operates the Zip Adventures Canopy Tour, where visitors soar nearly a mile through Northwest Florida's treetops on ziplines reaching heights of 65 feet, including a 900-foot line over Coldwater Creek. The center offers seven zipline courses ranging from beginner to advanced levels, with options like the Forest Flight tour featuring nine ziplines, a sky bridge, spiral staircase, and four ladders. Beyond ziplining, guests can canoe, kayak, tube, or paddleboard on the river with a fleet of 250 canoes, 100 kayaks, 500 tubes, and 10 stand-up paddleboards. Low and High Challenge Courses serve groups from schools to corporate teams. Overnight accommodations include rustic cabins, the Schoolhouse Inn, the Lorax Loft treehouse, Katie's Kaboose, and Pullman car stays. The 100-acre Wilderness Resort location features campsites, a playground, nature trail, sports fields, and volleyball court. The center is located near Milton, Florida, within Santa Rosa County.
