About 36 Skate Club
36 Skate Club is a roller skating rink where visitors lace up skates and glide across the rink floor during open skating sessions held Thursday through Sunday. Skate rental is available, and the rink also stocks Riedell, Southeastern and Crazy Skates for purchase. The facility offers four-week beginner skate lessons and Skate Mate walker-style trainers for those learning to balance. Visitors can attend themed monthly events including Homeschool Skate with rotating dress-up themes and Skate to Christian Music sessions. The rink hosts birthday parties with homemade pizza and reserved tables, as well as private rentals for schools, churches and teams. An on-site café serves food and drinks. Located in Piqua, Ohio on U.S. Route 36, the rink has operated as a family business since 1965 under the Phillabaum family and now spans three generations of ownership and operation.
