About T&D's Cats of the World

T&D's Cats of the World is a refuge in Penns Creek that provides permanent homes for nearly 300 abused, mistreated, and unwanted exotic animals. Visitors walk gravel and grass paths through mostly wooded grounds to observe felines including lions, tigers, cougars, leopards, bobcats, servals, and lynx, alongside bears, foxes, deer, coyotes, primates, parrots, and other species. The facility accepts animals from private individuals, government agencies, zoos, and other refuges. Professional veterinary care is provided on-site by the Mattive family and dedicated veterinarians. The refuge opens seasonally to the public, with weekend hours and guided weekday tours lasting approximately one hour and twenty minutes, all outdoors on walking paths. Visitors may bring lunches to the picnic area or purchase cold drinks and ice cream at Howls and Growls gift shop. Closed-toe walking shoes are recommended, and wheelchairs can navigate the level terrain. The facility charges admission and publishes its prices online.
