About Sur Sur Mountain Rides
Sur Sur Mountain Rides operates guided tours from Ragged Point in Southern Big Sur. Visitors travel by Polaris Ranger vehicle with a driver and trail guide to the mountain ridge top and back. The journey covers natural canyon and ridge-top roads throughout the region. From the summit, riders encounter panoramic views of the Central California coastline, stretching from Ragged Point to the Piedras Blancas Lighthouse. The route features multiple camera sites positioned across the landscape for photography opportunities. Guides point out notable landmarks and geological formations along the way. The experience accommodates groups of up to five participants, each ten years or older. No pets, smoking, or alcohol are permitted during rides. Weather and road conditions determine availability.
