Sky-Vue Skateland is a roller skating rink where visitors skate on a classic hardwood floor under state-of-the-art sound and lights. The rink has been operating since 1958 and offers recreational skating for families, teens, and tweens. Skate rentals include regular, speed, and inline skates. The facility features a full pro shop, concessions, and complimentary WiFi. Sky-Vue Skateland offers skating lessons for those learning to skate. The rink hosts private skating parties for groups including birthday celebrations, church groups, youth organizations, daycares, scouts, schools, and corporate family outings. Private rentals are available by reservation on weekday afternoons and evenings and weekend daytime hours. Public skating sessions occur on Friday and Saturday evenings and weekend afternoons, with additional Sunday sessions during winter months. Located off US Highway 64 Alternate west of downtown Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Sky-Vue Skateland accepts cash and credit and debit cards.
