About Mission San Juan Capistrano

Side Gate is the affectionate name visitors use for Mission San Juan Capistrano's main entrance, where guests tour the Serra Chapel, explore Native American and Spanish adobe structures, and walk the grounds spanning more than two hundred years. Visitors receive three free audio tours with admission and can spend two hours exploring at their own pace. The grounds include picnic areas and a mission store. General admission tickets sell online through missionsjc.com, with five published price levels from free for children four and younger through nineteen dollars for adults.
