About Little Beakers - The Woodlands

Little Beakers is a hands-on science laboratory in Oak Ridge North where children conduct real experiments using professional equipment, lab coats, and safety glasses. Unlike science shows or demonstrations, every child actively participates in the work. The facility offers self-guided Open Lab sessions featuring more than thirty experiments that visitors choose from. The venue runs structured science classes including homeschool programs with transcripts, after-school sessions, preschool science, and dissection classes. Five-day camps deliver six to eight hands-on projects daily during summer, holiday, and spring break sessions. Birthday parties last two hours and feature scientist-led experiments with themes such as Polymers and Explosions, Forensics, Drawing Bots, Dino Parties, and dissection parties focusing on sharks, frogs, and earthworms. Group field trips accommodate grade levels from PreK through twelve, with capacity for up to two hundred students. The facility also hosts scout groups, corporate team building, workshops, and parent night out programs.
