About Austin County VR Experience

Austin County VR Experience in Sealy offers immersive virtual reality gaming using Oculus Rift headsets. Visitors put on a headset and enter a simulated 3D world while friends and family watch the experience on a monitor. The facility accommodates three play styles. Standing games let players move in a 360-degree circle using point-and-click teleport options. Sitting games suit those who prefer stationary play or have mobility considerations. Room-scale games utilize larger spaces to replicate real-world movements for heightened immersion. The venue stocks games across multiple genres, each rated by the ESRB system so parents can select age-appropriate content. Austin County VR also offers mixed reality experiences combining VR with green screen technology and LIV Software, allowing visitors to record themselves or broadcast their gameplay online. The facility brings advanced gaming technology to the rural Austin County area in an accessible, relaxed setting. Anyone older than 10 years old can play. Minors must be represented by guardians. The playroom is wheelchair accessible via a wheelchair ramp, so people with physical challenges are welcome.
