About Idle Creek Farms

Idle Creek Farms is a farm park in Kempner, Texas, where visitors pick pumpkins, navigate a corn maze, and enjoy hayrides through the property. The farm operates on weekends with general admission that includes access to most activities: the barrel train, petting zoo, children's activities, and pumpkin photo opportunities. Additional paid activities include face painting, horse back rides, archery, axe-throwing, and a gourd launcher. A corn pit and jump pad provide active play, while a snack shack serves funnel cake and lemonade. The farm also hosts special events throughout the season, including a glow maze party with a glow foam pit and haunted maze nights. The property is located off Highway 190, less than fifteen minutes from Fort Hood. Tickets are sold online through the farm's website.
