About Fun World Motorsports
Fun World Motorsports is a family-owned go-kart track in Emerald Isle, North Carolina, where visitors drive go-karts around the track. The venue operates go-karts in different categories: rookie karts for drivers at least 48 inches tall, and full-speed karts for drivers at least 56 inches tall. Double karts accommodate a driver and passenger, with drivers needing a valid driver's license and full-speed height requirements, while passengers must be at least 3 years old and 36 inches tall. The track is located within the Emerald Isle RV Resort. Visitors walk in without needing reservations, complete a waiver, and pay in cash before racing. The venue publishes its admission prices online and operates with reduced hours during the off-season. Fun World has maintained family-friendly service through its longtime staff, who continue working with the current ownership.
