The Fresno Art Museum is a nationally recognized fine art museum where visitors explore rotating exhibitions alongside a permanent collection of over 3,800 paintings, prints, and sculptures. The museum's holdings emphasize modern and contemporary art from California, art by women artists, and works on paper, with particular strength in Art of the Ancient Americas, spanning more than 2,500 years of artistic traditions from West Mexico, the Yucatan Peninsula, and the Peruvian Andes.
