About Florida Water Warriors

Florida Water Warriors operates 90-minute interactive Marine Field Experience tours aboard a Coast Guard-approved 35-foot pontoon vessel in St. Augustine, Florida. Visitors scout for local wildlife, collect plankton samples, and examine microorganisms under a microscope while learning about water quality testing and coastal ecosystem conservation. The organization also offers 90-minute Group Educational Tours designed for homeschool groups, school field trips, camp groups, and educational organizations serving students ages five and older. During these cruises, participants and chaperones engage in wildlife scouting, plankton sampling, water quality testing, and conservation discussions tailored to understand and protect local waterways. Families become junior marine scientists through hands-on learning that combines adventure on the water with environmental education. The venue emphasizes equitable access to marine science education for underserved students and community members throughout northeast coastal Florida, with all tour proceeds supporting educational programming.
