About Fifth Day Farm

Fifth Day Farm is a petting farm on a four-acre property in Valdosta, Georgia, where visitors interact directly with rescued animals. The farm is home to dozens of animals including miniature cows, llamas, alpacas, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, rabbits, ducks, peacocks, and emu. Guests can walk among the animals during regular visiting hours, which are published on the farm's website. The property includes a picnic area beneath a 410-year-old oak tree, where visitors may eat lunch at available tables with admission. Fifth Day Farm arranges photo sessions, field trips, Goat Grams, and birthday parties by special arrangement. The farm began in 2017 as a backyard hobby of owners Janet and Steve Hendley and has since expanded to offer public access. The operation specializes in animal rescue, providing permanent homes for animals in need of care.
