The experience combines darkness, loud noises, sudden scares, and theatrical scenes. Trained actors get close to visitors but do not intentionally grab or harm guests, though friendly contact such as handshakes or posing for pictures may occur. The attraction operates Friday and Saturday nights, with the ticket booth opening at 6:00 PM and the show starting shortly after dark. Visitors may bring or purchase glow necklaces to signal actors for a gentler experience. There is no set minimum age, though parents should consider whether their children can handle darkness and sudden frights, and younger visitors must remain under adult supervision.
