About Chattball
Chattball is a baseball and softball training facility where visitors rent cages equipped with or without pitching machines to practice hitting and pitching. The climate-controlled facility serves beginners through advanced players. Individual cage rentals are available alongside lessons from experienced coaches covering all aspects of baseball and softball. Teams can rent the entire facility or partial spaces for practices and games. The retractable cages reveal green indoor spaces that accommodate other sports including soccer, football, and lacrosse. Chattball also hosts Mad House Performance, which provides strength and agility training plus hitting skills development, and Hill Training Company, specializing in sports performance and athleticism coaching. The facility is home to the Chattanooga Baseball Club, operating teams under the Smokies name since 2021. Located in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, Chattball received recognition as a top cage rental center in the state.
