Viking EcoTours operates guided kayak tours through Canaveral National Seashore, launching from River Breeze Park in Oak Hill. Visitors pedal Hobie kayaks with their hands free to photograph wildlife and scenery. Morning tours run daily from 9 to 11 AM, while sunset tours operate from 4 to 6 PM, each offering 90 minutes on the water. Stargazing and bioluminescent kayak tours run nightly from 9 to 11 PM, allowing paddlers to explore the night sky and Florida's glowing waters. The Hobie kayaks feature cushioned elevated seats, wide hulls for stability, and sealed hulls with buoyancy foam. All tours include an expert guide certified by the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and American Red Cross who teaches wildlife viewing, leave no trace practices, and nature interpretation. Visitors commonly encounter dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, jumping fish, and diving birds among mangroves and palms. No kayaking experience is necessary.
