About Treasure Coast Model Railroad

The Treasure Coast Model Railroad Club operates one of Florida's largest model railroads, where visitors explore intricately detailed HO-scale layouts featuring scenes from bustling cities to industrial complexes. The club, established in 1975, models the transition era between steam and diesel power from the 1940s through 1970s, utilizing a Digitrax DCC control system across multiple scale miles of track and control panels. The air-conditioned facility in Port Saint Lucie welcomes guests on Saturday mornings to watch trains navigate the meticulously crafted displays. The layout consists of thirteen table-sized modules that showcase intricate designs and storytelling through moving trains. General admission is free, making it an affordable outing for model train enthusiasts and curious visitors of all ages. The club is ADA accessible and welcomes families, hobbyists, and those new to model railroading alike. Group visits and special occasions can be arranged by contacting the club in advance.
