About Sugargrove Tree Farm

Sugargrove Tree Farm Inc, located in Ashland, Ohio between Cleveland and Columbus near Interstate 71, has provided evergreen Christmas trees since 1984. Visitors choose and harvest their own fresh trees from the fields, riding horse-drawn wagons into the farm before selecting their perfect tree. The barn offers hot chocolate and cookies while visitors explore. The farm sells landscape trees including White Pine, Norway Spruce, Fraser Fir, and Canaan Fir for homeowners creating windbreaks, privacy screens, or specimen plantings. Sugargrove Farm operates as a family business spanning six generations, with roots in the area dating to 1823, and holds recognition from the State of Ohio as a Century Farm. The choose-and-harvest experience involves cutting trees from the fields and taking them home.
