About Shell Island Cruises
Shell Island Cruises operates the GrandMère, a double-decker tour boat carrying up to 131 passengers on excursions through St. Andrews Bay near Panama City Beach. The vessel features an air-conditioned cabin, onboard restrooms, an open-air upper deck, and a full bar with concessions. The 3.5-hour Shell Island and Dolphin Watch Cruise includes dolphin watching, narrated sightseeing from the captain, marine-life demonstrations, and approximately one hour to explore Shell Island itself. The 1.5-hour Sunset Cruise and Dolphin Watch offers dolphin viewing and sightseeing as the sun sets across the bay. A pirate-themed sunset cruise variant is also available. Private charters and group bookings accommodate parties of 20 or more. Shell Island Cruises departs from Papa Joe's Bayside in Panama City, minutes from Panama City Beach.
