About Peltzer Farms

Peltzer Pumpkin Farm in Temecula is a seasonal farm park where visitors interact with animals and participate in hands-on activities. The Petting Farm allows guests to handle animals directly. Pony rides and John Deere cart rides are available, with a weight limit of 70 pounds for each. The Peltzer Express Train provides rides around the grounds. At Peltzer Mining Co., visitors pan for gems. The Tractor Garden is accessible at no additional charge. Pig races occur on scheduled days and times. Carnival games, face painting, pumpkin painting classes, and gem panning rounds out the attractions. The Sweet Shack serves shaved ice and cotton candy, while kettle corn is sold throughout the farm. School tour programs are offered. The farm operates with different hours and entrance requirements on weekdays versus weekends, with the Petting Farm opening earlier than most other attractions on weekdays.
