Merk Farms is a working farm in Commerce, Georgia, where visitors navigate a flower and forage maze featuring sunflowers, wheat, millet, sun hemp, and buckwheat. The maze operates both during daylight and at night with flashlights for a different experience under the stars. A farm train serves visitors of all ages, and wagon rides are available. The property hosts seasonal attractions including a pumpkin patch during fall, strawberry fields for spring picking, and a Berry Sweet Mother's Day Festival featuring live music, vendor booths, scavenger hunts, and berry treats. Summer vegetables are also available. The farm accepts groups and private events, including field trips. The Merk family has farmed this land for over 120 years, raising beef cattle and seasonal produce alongside agritourism activities. Off-season beef purchases are available by appointment.
