Kirkwood Mountain Resort operates a ski resort in the Sierra where visitors descend advanced terrain and take group or private lessons with expert instructors. The resort offers ski rentals available for online booking at convenient pickup locations near lodging, lifts, or ski school. Seasonal ski and snowboard programs called JETS serve children ages 5 through 17 at intermediate and advanced skill levels on Saturdays and Sundays. The resort features terrain parks, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing trails. Lift tickets are sold online through kirkwood.com and must be purchased in advance as availability is limited. Group lessons include discounted add-on lift tickets and rentals; season pass holders receive an additional 20 percent discount through Epic Mountain Rewards. Visitors who buy lift tickets seven or more days ahead save up to 20 percent, according to kirkwood.com.
You can check current prices and choose your tickets on Kirkwood Mountain Resort’s own ticket page. You pay there, not here.
