Jupiter's Historic 1915 FEC Train Depot is a restored railway station where visitors walk through the original structure to learn about early 20th-century Florida history. The bright yellow depot, painted in Henry Flagler's favorite color, operated as a passenger and freight station on the Loxahatchee River, handling shipments of fruits, plants, and mail alongside passengers. The 22-by-53-square-foot building once served as a well-known stopping point along Flagler's railroad line stretching from Jacksonville to Key West. After closure in the 1960s and relocation to Tequesta, the depot was moved back to Sawfish Bay Park in Jupiter, near its original site. The restoration allows visitors to experience the building's authentic interior and exterior details. Of the original 28 depots built along Flagler's route, only eight remain, making this Jupiter station a significant surviving example of railroad heritage in Florida.
